Rolla P. Huff is chairman, chief executive officer and president of EarthLink, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELNK), where he drives the strategy and direction of this nationwide IP Infrastructure and Managed Services provider. The company's EarthLink Business division provides a full complement of voice, data, mobile and equipment services over a 14-state SONET fiber optic network in the Southeast, and MPLS-based services nationwide. EarthLink Consumer is a leading Internet Service Provider connecting millions of people to the power and possibilities of the Internet.

Since joining the company in June 2007, Huff has led a restructuring effort that focused EarthLink on its core access and award-winning customer service competencies. Huff leads a team of employees across the country dedicated to building positive customer lifetime value that translates into positive shareholder value. In 2010, Huff led the company to the acquisition of ITC^Deltacom, which repositioned EarthLink for long-term strategic value.

Huff has a 20-year record of achievement as a business, operational and financial strategist. Most recently, as the former chairman and chief executive officer of Mpower Communications, a facilities-based provider of broadband data and voice services to business customers. He held that position from 1999 until 2006 when he successfully closed a $200 million all cash sale of Mpower to another competitive local exchange provider.

Prior to Mpower, Huff was president and chief operating officer for Frontier Communications, where he played the lead role in negotiating its $13 billion merger with Global Crossing Ltd. He joined Frontier in May of 1998 as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO).

Huff served more than 5 years with AT&T Corporation and AT&T Wireless, where he held numerous executive positions including president, central United States for AT&T Wireless. In that role, he was responsible for AT&T's wireless business in 15 states, encompassing approximately 1.6 million customers and representing more than $1 billion in annual revenue.

During his tenure with AT&T Wireless, Huff also served as senior vice president and CFO from 1995 to 1997. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he was the financial vice president of AT&T's corporate mergers and acquisitions group, where he was heavily involved in the acquisition and integration of McCaw Cellular, AT&T's successful bid for $1.5 billion in PCS licenses, and the sale of AT&T's interest in LIN Broadcasting. He was a member of the LIN board before its sale by AT&T.

His background also includes more than 10 years with NCR Corporation where he held a variety of roles in accounting, financial planning, and operations in both the domestic and international business units. Rolla is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelors degree in management from Purdue University.

Brad Ferguson has served as Chief Financial Officer of EarthLink, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELNK), since August 2009, overseeing all finance, treasury, accounting, tax and internal audit functions for the company.

Ferguson was EarthLink's Vice President, Controller since September 2005 and has served as the company's Principal Accounting Officer since May 2008. From September 2002 to September 2005, he was EarthLink's Vice President, Commercial Finance.

Following the merger of EarthLink Network, Inc. and MindSpring Enterprises, Inc. in February 2000 until September 2002, Ferguson was Vice President, Treasurer. He was Vice President, Treasurer of MindSpring prior to that time. Prior to joining MindSpring, Ferguson was a member of the audit practice at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Ferguson is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Toplisek serves as EarthLink's Executive Vice President of Products and Marketing. He brings experience in successfully launching a high-growth IT Services product strategy, most recently as President of Concentric Cloud Solutions, a XO Communications Company.

Toplisek is overseeing all product development, management and marketing for EarthLink, including its IT Services and consumer products as well as wholesale services.

Toplisek has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in IT Infrastructure and the communications industry. In addition to launching a new Cloud Solutions business for XO Communications, Toplisek previously served as the company's Chief Marketing Officer where he developed, implemented and helped execute a growth strategy for the Business Service division.

Prior to XO, Toplisek held the positions of Senior Vice President Global Enterprise & Collaboration and Regional Vice President of Business Services for Global Crossing. He also held sales leadership positions at Frontier Communications and MCI Telecommunications.

Jim O'Brien serves as Executive Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering and Operations for EarthLink, joining the company in December 2010 with EarthLink's acquisition of ITC^Deltacom. O'Brien oversees customer operations, network services, customer care and provisioning for EarthLink, a nationwide IP Infrastructure and Managed Services provider.

Jim O'Brien joined Deltacom in February 2005 as Executive Vice President, Operations. Since 2001, he served as senior vice president for Engineering and Operations at ICG Communications, Inc., where he was responsible for Engineering, Field Operations, Network Operations Center, Security, Real Estate and Facilities.

O'Brien started with ICG in December of 1999 as vice president for the Network Operations Center. Prior to ICG, he held a variety of positions at TCG/AT&T, including director for the Network Management Center in Staten Island, NY. Before joining TCG/AT&T, O'Brien spent eight years at The Associated Press and held various positions where his responsibilities included maintaining a worldwide data network that linked press organizations around the world with breaking news stories, stock market information and photographs.

Kevin Brand serves as Executive Vice President, Customer Delivery and Care for EarthLink, a nationwide IP Infrastructure and Managed Services provider.

Brand had served as Chief of Consumer Products and Support since May 2010. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Products from November 2003. Brand joined EarthLink in June 2001 as Vice President, Network Operations. Brand was Executive Vice President of Operations at CAIS Internet from November 1999 through January 2001. From June 1980 through November 1999, Brand worked in a variety of management positions at AT&T, AT&T Paradyne and AT&T Bell Laboratories in operations, customer support, product management, marketing and technical areas.

Sam DeSimone serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for EarthLink, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELNK), a nationwide provider of IP Infrastructure and Managed Services. DeSimone has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since February 2000 and oversees all legal and regulatory functions for the company.

DeSimone served in similar capacities at MindSpring Enterprises Inc. since November 1998 prior to its merger with EarthLink in 2000. From September 1995 to August 1998, DeSimone served as Vice President of Corporate Development with Merix Corporation, a printed circuit board manufacturer. Mr. Fink has served as our Chief Technology Officer since January 2011. From May 2009 to January 2011, Mr. Fink served as the Managing Partner of IntegraTouch, LLC, a company he founded which operates as a development, operations and integration solutions company; from December 2002 to May 2007, he served IntegraTouch, LLC as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Partner and member of the Board of Directors. Prior to 1994, Mr. Fink held the CIO position for a regional telecommunications company, Schneider Communications, and development and strategic planning roles for AT&T Bell Labs. Mr. Fink has served on the Board of Directors of WorldGate Communications, Inc., a video and communications technology provider, since April 2009.

Mr. Scott has served as our Chief Information Officer since April 2008. From August 2003 to April 2008, Mr. Scott served as Chief Information Officer of BT Global Financial Services (Radianz), a connectivity services provider. Mr. Scott has held officer level positions as CIO and CTO at MPower Communications and Logix Communications, respectively.
